American Vision Care is located at 70-51 Austin Street in Forest Hills. We are just off the corner of Continental AVE/71 Avenue on Austin Street attached to the Citibank.

You can reach us by either the E, F, V, or R Subway. Get off at 71/Continental Ave follow signs and exit on the south side of Queens Blvd. Walk one block south on Continental to Austin Street, make a right and we will be right off the corner attached to the Citibank. The Q23 and the LIRR also take you right to us.
